Developing great products is not easy, though it might be easier than you think. Over the last 30 years, working on products for consumers and enterprises, I have learned from successes and, even more importantly, have learned from failures and missed opportunities. So where do I start? I start with getting clarity on the problem to be solved and who it is being solved for. It is that clarity that shapes the future direction of the product. It is that clarity that makes great products!
